Camogie News

Seniors: Senior championship versus Borrisoleigh in Borrisoleigh on Friday 4th of Sept at 7:15 pm.
Juniors: Junior championship versus Moyle Rovers in Monroe on Sunday 6th at 6:30 pm.
U12’s lost to Gortnahoe last week. They will play Thurles in a Plate Autumn League semi-
final on Tuesday in the Ragg.

Camogie Mon 24th of Aug

Seniors: The girls beat Annacarty 2:15 to 1:7. Well done to players and mentors.
Juniors: The girls had a convincing win against Ballingarry 4:9 to one point. Congratulations to all!
U12’s had another fantastic win last week they beat Fethard (2nd). Next match versus Gortnahoe
changed to Wed 26th of Aug in Clonoulty at 7pm.

Seniors play Annacarty in Clonoulty on Sat 22nd of Aug at 7 pm.
Juniors versus Ballingarry in Ballingarry on Sun 23rd of Aug at 6pm.
Last week U12′s beat Knockavilla (2nd). It was a very exciting match the girls played with great skill and won by one point. Well done to all! This week they played Fethard (2nd) on Mon no results at time of printing. Next match versus Gortnahoe in Clonoulty on Tues 25th of Aug at 7pm.
Congratulations to all the girls on their Leaving Certificate results. The best of wishes for the future.

Seniors lost by 5 points to Burgess on Monday night. Juniors beat Ballina 4 -11 to 5 -2 on Sunday, well done to all. U 12′s played Knockavilla in Dundrum on Tuesday 11th, no results at time of printing. Next match the 18th of Aug versus Fethard in Clonoulty at 7pm.

Congratulations to Eimear Loughman who won an All Ireland County Minor Football Final on Saturday.
The Seniors will play Burgess in Burgess tomorrow night.
Juniors next match versus Ballina on Sun 9th Aug in Clonoulty at 7pm.

Congratulations to Dervla Heffernan who won an All Ireland U14 Ladies Football Final with Tipperary at the weekend.
U15′s were beaten by Annacarty on Friday night. Next match versus Cashel Friday 17th in Clonoulty, time to be confirmed.

U12′s were beaten by Silvermines last Monday night. A big thanks to coach Kenny who treated the team to 99′s after the match. U12′s to play Knockavilla on Wed 3rd June in Clonoulty at 7:15pm. Next match versus Toomevara 8th June in Toomevara at 7:15pm.

Camogie 18th May

On Saturday Cait Devane, Sarah Fryday, Ereena Fryday, Clodagh Quirke and Courtney Ryan represented their club and county in the Munster Senior Camogie Final in Cashel. Tipperary played Cork in a thrilling match and were narrowly beaten by only one point, Congratulations to captain Cait Devane who was awarded player of the match for her outstanding performance.
U12’s were beaten by Cashel on 11th of May. They were beaten by a stronger Brian Borus team on 18th of May. Next match versus Silvermines on Mon 25th of May at 7:15 in Silvermines.

On Sunday Senior girls were beaten in League Final by Drom. Final score Drom 4-12, Clonoulty Rossmore 2-9.
U12’s Summer League begins on Mon 11th of May they will play Cashel in Cashel at 7:15. Next match Mon 18th of May versus Brian Borus at 7:15 in Clonoulty.

Seniors: On Sunday Seniors beat Borrisoleigh. They are through to a Senior League Final versus Drom, which will be played Sunday 10th May in the Ragg at 11.30. Best of luck to all!
Juniors: On Monday Juniors played Roscrea, in an exciting County League Semi-final. The girls were down 12 points at half time and played with grit to bring the score back level in the second half however with two minutes to go in extra time Roscrea got a goal to win by 1 point. Final score Roscrea 5-14, Clonoulty Rossmore 4-16.
U16’s had a convincing win against Thurles on Monday night.
U14’s played Kilruane on Sunday in a County Semi-final. The girls played with great determination and spirit but narrowly lost the match by one point.
